Apprenticeship Programme
Our Apprenticeship Programme is designed to develop emerging talent, providing a strong hands-on foundation in switchgear systems within a collaborative and supportive environment. Apprentices gain practical experience alongside skilled professionals, building the knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in the industry.
Apprentices gain real-world experience by working on live projects, guided by and learning from our experienced senior team. The programme follows a structured pathway, combining four on-the-job phases with three off-the-job training phases delivered through SOLAS, Ireland’s state agency for Further Education and Training. This blended approach ensures a balanced mix of practical skills and technical knowledge.
Upon successful qualification as electricians, apprentices have the opportunity to progress into permanent roles within Parkmore Electrical, supporting long-term career development within the company.
